  1. MailDoor 1.0b2 Release Notes

  4. MailDoor 1.0b2 is a pre-release version of the MailDoor Multi-domain Mail Clerk.  It will expire on May 1, 1997.  Please observe all the usual precautions in the use of pre-release software.  MailDoor 1.0b2 has only been tested on system 7.5 or later, with AIMS 1.1.1.

  6. We believe that MailDoor's functionality is stable and essentially complete in this beta release.  We are still working on user interface aspects of the product, so the interface presented here may have minor cosmetic bugs.  MailDoor 1.0b2 also has not yet been tuned for optimum performance.

  8. MailDoor 1.0 should be available by January 1, 1997.  Please check http://www.opendoor.com/maildoor/ for details.

  13. Ñ The Choose Folder dialog doesn't work correctly if you select an alias to a folder, as opposed to the folder itself.

  15. Ñ If there is a lot of mail in MailDoor's input folder, its operation will become very sluggish, and it may not redraw its window for a long time.
